Maya Reynolds of the Dalhousie Tigers women's track and field team is the Subway Atlantic University Sport female athlete of the week for the week ending Dec. 3, 2017.
A second-year commerce student from Markham, Ont., Reynolds won two events at the ANS Last Chance Meet on Saturday at the Canada Games Centre. She won the 60m dash with a personal-best tying time of 7.69 to start her season. She followed it up with a win in the 60m hurdles, earning AUS first-place ranking in both events.

Holden Cook of the U SPORTS No. 4-ranked StFX X-Men hockey team is the Subway Atlantic University Sport male athlete of the week for the week ending Dec. 3, 2017. A third-year forward from Oshawa, Ont., Cook tallied four points in two wins on the road this past week for the X-Men. He scored the game-winning goal Wednesday night in StFX's 2-0 win over the Dalhousie Tigers in Halifax. In Saturday's 5-2 win over the Moncton Aigles Bleus, he notched three assists.
