Upshaw AUS Male Athlete of the Week

X-Men point guard Christian ‘T-Bear’ Upshaw was named the Atlantic University Sport Male Athlete of the Week for the week ending Nov. 16, 2008. T-Bear, a third year Arts student from Halifax, NS, led the X-Men in scoring with 14 points in their 77-61 win over #10 ranked Dalhousie on Sunday. He also had 6 assists and 1 steal in the game, and on Friday night, he scored 17 points and had a game-high 14 assists in StFX’s 96-78 win over UNB. The X-Men have a 3-0 record to start the season.
