Bio
Bobbi-Jo Colburn is in her first season with the X-Women. She played five seasons with the University of Calgary Dinos – four of which were when head coach Matt Spencer was on the Dinos’ coaching staff and Katie Upham was a teammate. Bobbi-Jo spent the 2020-21 season playing professionally with Baerum Basketball in Norway, where she led the league in scoring. Following the end of her playing career, she joined the Calgary Dinos coaching staff where she served for one season. She later launched her own basketball skills academy in Calgary and is now pursuing a Bachelor of Education at StFX.
At StFX, Bobbi-Jo will draw on her experiences in high-performance environments and her understanding of basketball tactics to support both guards and team-wide development. Her infectious enthusiasm, teaching ability, and commitment to growth make her a valuable addition to the staff.
