Getting to Know...Connor Garagan

X-Women hockey forward Connor Garagan is the latest athlete featured in our Getting to Know your X-Women and X-Men series throughout the summer. Connor recently completed her second year with the X-Women and is a Human Kinetics student from Fredericton, N.B.

My favorite moment to date as a StFX student-athlete is…?
Winning the AUS championship in double OT against Moncton this past season.

If I could be Prime Minister for one day I would…?
I would open multiple health clinics for anyone who needed medical attention, or couldn't afford the medicine/supplies they needed all free of charge.

My favorite Disney movie or character is…?
I was always a fan of Tarzan, I wish I lived in the jungle from time to time.

My biggest pet peeve is…?
My biggest pet peeve is when people are cluttered or messy.

My dream job is…?
Trauma Surgeon or Cardiac Surgeon

One thing I love about StFX is…?
While each student has their own agenda there is also a collective feeling, a close-knit support system among the students and also with the faculty and surrounding community.
