Fourth-year StFX X-Men forward Kevin Bercy of Kanata, Ont. was named the Atlantic University Sport most valuable player for the 2016-17 season. He also earned recognition as an AUS first team all-star. StFX's Justin Andrew was named to the AUS all-rookie team.

The Dalhousie Tigers (13-4) earned an important 77-65 come-from-behind victory over the StFX X-Men (8-7) Tuesday evening at the StFX Oland Centre. Worth four-points in the standings, the Tigers moved into sole possession of first place, two points ahead of UNB (10-6) in a tight AUS race.

The StFX X-Men defeated the Saint Mary’s Huskies 85-83 Friday night in AUS men’s basketball action from the Homburg Centre. Cameron Walker nailed a game-winning bucket with 13 seconds left to play for StFX.
